All sizes and measurements are approximate however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

General Aftercare

Light coloured items tend to be marked more easily, so take extra care with these products.

To reduce marking/staining to the interior of bags we recommend keeping items that may spill such as make up and food in a cosmetic bag or lunchbox.

Printed fabric bags

Kate Sheridan printed fabric bags either have leather trim or canvas webbing so should not be machine washed. If needed you should use a tiny amount of cold water and sponge clean. We find our bags get better with age and the odd dirty mark on a bag gives a bit of character.

Waxed Cotton pieces

Kate Sheridan waxed bags are made from British millerain waxed cotton and cannot be washed or dry cleaned. Allow dirt to dry and then gently brush off. Sponge with a tiny amount of cold water if necessary. You can re-proof using British millerain wax to prolong the bags life and to maintain the fabrics waterproof properties. Do not us any other chemicals/detergents on the fabric as it could damage it.

Leather bags

For long term storage of a bag, undo any buckles or fastenings in order to reduce the impressions created. Stuff the bag with bubble wrap not tissue paper as the moths don’t seem to like this as much.

Every effort is made by us at Kate Sheridan to ensure that the colour of the products on the website match the products themselves as closely as possible. However as the actual colours you will see depend on your monitor we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

Leather is a very versatile material which when looked after should last a long time but do take care not to overload your bag as this will weaken the handles and possibly alter the shape. Leather has natural markings and scars which enhance the natural character of the hides, you can purchase leather feed or moisturizer to look after your items and keep them youthful!

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).
